Before joining The Agency, Arthur honed his expertise at Houlihan Lawrence, where he was a key player on one of the Hudson Valley's top-performing teams. His diverse experience spans all aspects of real estate, from guiding first-time homebuyers and navigating the intricacies of New York City co-op boards, to marketing luxury country estates and equestrian properties. He brings to The Agency a deep understanding of his clients' needs, no matter the circumstance.

Arthur currently resides on the Upper East Side, where he's lived since 2011 with his Chocolate Lab, Shea. When he's not working, you'll find him running in Central Park, playing golf and tennis, or wallowing in misery as a lifelong Mets, Jets, and Rangers fan.
